Private dining at Beacon Grille means expertly prepared food and fine dining service in a sophisticated setting. Whether you are celebrating one of life's special occasions or conducting a corporate meeting, Beacon Grille provides the perfect venue, from contemporary private function rooms to a charming pondside arbor.

Situated at the landmark TradeCenter 128 campus in Woburn, Beacon Grille is easily accessible from all directions. Guests will appreciate the free garage parking and the central location, directly off Route 128/I-95 at exit 34, and just two miles west of I-93.

Celebrations

Our event planner and chef look forward to working with you to make your special event a memorable one. Beacon Grille has reasonable combined food and beverage minimums, but there are no room rental charges. Whether you are planning an elegant plated dinner, lavish buffet, or lively cocktail reception, Beacon Grille has the gourmet menu and professional staff to meet your needs.

Our outdoor pondside location offers a natural setting for small wedding ceremonies or special occasion photos, while the Atrium's three-story, glass façade and wide-open space create a stunning locale with many creative possibilities for seating arrangements.

Corporate functions

Our private dining rooms are ideal for business lunches or dinners, holiday parties, and other corporate events. With large, flat-screen televisions, WiFi, and wired Internet access, we can also easily accommodate meetings, conferences, and seminars.

For large-scale gatherings, such as banquets, networking events, and trade shows, the Atrium provides a unique locale with an impressive, three-story, glass façade, as well as a built-in sound system and elevated platform for speeches and announcements.

Fine cuisine and customized menus

We are pleased to offer several sample menus highlighting Beacon Grille's contemporary American cuisine, which can be slightly modified, often without affecting the selection's cost. Enjoy the convenience of these suggested gourmet packages, or work with our knowledgeable culinary staff to create a custom menu sure to please your most discerning guests.

Wine, beer, and specialty cocktails

Beacon Grille offers a variety of beverage and bar options to meet your preferences and budget. Whether you choose a hosted or cash bar, Beacon Grille's beverage manager would be delighted to make suggestions from the restaurant's affordably priced wine list, extensive beer offerings, and creative cocktail program.

Wine Spectator magazine presented Beacon Grille with its 2011 and 2012 Awards of Excellence for its well-chosen and interesting selections of quality wines.

Out of town guests

For any function at Beacon Grille, guests are entitled to use Beacon's special rate accommodation for rooms at the Woburn Radisson Hotel, which is ¼ mile away from the restaurant at the opposite side of Route 128/I-95. Please inquire in advance of your function coordinator at Beacon.

Recommended vendors
