Chef Damian Zedower
Before coming to Beacon Grille, Chef Damian spent 10 years with Four Seasons Resorts in San Diego, Jackson Hole, and Palm Beach. He was also with the five-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Boston, where he served most recently as executive chef. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Damian is highly regarded among greater Boston's most accomplished culinary professionals. |
